When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Shipping quotes start at $9.99. We do our best to update the quantities of products on our website in a timely manner, but sometime things are sold out at our physical store faster than we are able to update. If your item of choice is unavailable, substitutions may be offered. You will be contacted with an update withing 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be possible.

You may return most new, unopened items within 48 Hours of delivery for a full refund. For food safety reasons, perishable items, refrigerated products, frozen products, fresh bakery items, deli products, and opened food products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
